Welcome to use【SmartClean】（the"App","we","our"or"us"）, we attach great importance to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out why, how and what personal data we collect, use, store, entrust processing, protect, share and transfer about you and the rights and methods we make available to you for your access, update, deletion and control of your personal data. In this Policy, "personal data" refers to information regarded as "personal data" (or its equivalents thereof) under the Applicable Rules and may include the information that you give us when you use the App and the related services. 

We will process personal data about you as per this Policy and your consent. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use our services or provide us with your Personal Data.

We do not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children (we define "children" as minors younger than 13). We do not knowingly allow children to use our service, communicate with us, or use any of our online services. If you are under the legal age of majority in your place of residence, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT

You don't have to create an account to use【SmartClean】. When you use【SmartClean】, we will collect some very basic information about you, which includes:

Information You Provide Directly

Any information you directly provide to us, such as your feedback. If you don't want us to collect your information, please don't provide it to us.

Information Collected Automatically

We may obtain information by automated means when you use the Services. We collect:

• your device, including device ID, Android ID, App version, GAID, MAC address, serial number, IMEI number, device model, operating system, SIM card, time zone and system language and region;
• your network information, including the carrier and network type;
• your use of the Services, including your sharing history.

Third-party data collection

We may partner with third parties to provide certain services on our application or to manage our advertising on other sites, software or applications. Our third-party partners may use software development kits (SDK) or other similar technologies to provide you certain services such as system protection and virus scan service.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND THE BASIS ON WHICH WE USE IT 

We may use your personal data for the following purposes: 

1. Service operations: we process your personal data to provide the services that you request in the App; we use the information about the other apps you have installed to provide services such as system protection and anti-virus.
2. Service improvements: we analyse usage information, including site analytics, to continually improve the user experience;
3. Feedback information: responses to questions you pose;
4. Exercising our rights: we may use your personal data to exercise our legal rights where it is necessary to do so, for example to prevent any violations of law.

We must have a legal basis to process your personal data, as specified under applicable laws. In most cases the legal basis will be one of the following:

1. as consented by you in respect of this Policy;
2. to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, for example to provide the services you request;
3. to comply with our legal obligations;

HOW AND WHEN WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may share your information with certain contractors or service providers that perform functionality services and support our other business operations. They may process your personal data for us, for example, if we use system protection and anti-virus service providers.

We will share your data with law enforcement agencies, courts, other government authorities (whether in your jurisdiction or abroad) or other third parties where we or any of our affiliates believe it's necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party.

We will store your personal data in our servers in Singapore. We take your personal data security very seriously. We have adopted protection measures at multiple levels, such as industry-standard technical security measures as well as supporting organizational structures and management systems, to prevent your personal data from leakage, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure or change to a maximum extent.

We promise that your personal data will be kept only for the shortest time necessary for the purpose of your authorized use, unless otherwise required by the applicable laws and regulations.

If our operation is stopped for any reason, we will notify you of such reason, stop collecting your personal data and delete or anonymize the personal data already collected, unless otherwise required by the applicable laws and regulations.

HOW YOU CAN MANAGE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 You have certain rights regarding the personal data we hold about you, subject to local law. These may include the following rights:

1. access – access your personal data;
2. rectify – request any inaccuracies in the data we hold about you be corrected;
3. erase – request that we erase your data from our records;
4. restrict – request that your data is no longer processed by us to the full extent set out in this Policy;
5. object – object to certain ways that we process your data;
6. transfer – request that your data be shared with a third party;
7. withdraw your consent – where we are relying on your consent to process your data, then you can withdraw your consent at any time; and

AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

When we revise this Policy, we will notify you about the revisions on the App or by email. You can reject the changes but you may no longer be able to use some of the App's features or the App altogether.
